Scotland have been in town for a fortnight and I'm knackered. Stories to follow, but the tour culminated in the 2nd Test in Velez, Buenos Aires. After the first test, won at the death by the Pumas, we went expecting nothing.
However, two crucial factors had not been reckoned with. Firstly, the Scotland team and coaches got to train with some of the boys from our school on Wednesday. Clearly they picked up a thing or two. Secondly, Little Fatty Leah went along as team mascot, in her kiltita as made by her Grandma Moochie: clearly inspirational.
Ah, and a third factor. Clearly with touring teams to Argentina, you gotta beat them in the First Test, cause once those Scottish boys got stuck into a week of Argie oversized steak, they were unstoppable. Vamos!
