Drive an hour north west from Buenos Aires on Ruta 8 and you'll come to San Antonio, a sleepy little gaucho town. Walk two blocks south from the main square, and you'll find an old cafe/bar that cannot have changed since there was a dirt track and two day ride to connect it to the capital.Photos from Katie.
